Edmond Muliro

Co-Founder (In Memoriam)

A dedicated and highly reliable Public Health Professional/Registered Nurse with 20+ years of experience and a Master’s in Public Health, working in multidisciplinary teams across public health, hospitals, community services, and aged care. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, enabling the effective delivery of healthcare services to diverse community groups, including children. Brings a comprehensive understanding of clinical skills, client-focused care, and health and well-being education, along with extensive experience in capturing and reporting community data and providing preventative health information to the public.

Director

Esperance is a Registered Nurse with five years of clinical experience and over a decade in the healthcare sector. Passionate about continuous learning, she specialised in mental health nursing, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in 2023 and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing in 2024.

She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally competent care that promotes dignity, independence, and individual choice. Through ECM Support Services, Esperance is dedicated to empowering individuals and providing person-centred support within the mental health and NDIS sectors.

Manager Team Leader

A Personal Care Worker with 19+ years of experience, I follow a holistic care framework to establish care objectives, promote self-management, and ensure that care goals address more than just medical concerns. I am dedicated to meeting both your personal and social needs through ECM Support Services.
